Surf Song Beach Retreat

Surf Song Beach Retreat is a newly renovated and remodeled vacation beach home in Miramar Beach FL, steps from the sugar sand beach and emerald waters of Florida's Emerald Coast. South Walton's largest beach access is right next to Pompano Joe's.

Please note: After a guest submits a reservation request and the reservation has been accepted, a 25% deposit to secure the reservation will be run on the credit card submitted with the reservation request. The remaining 75% balance due for the stay will be due 30 days before the guest's arrival date.

Amenity limitations - Limit of three vehicles can be parked at the property at any given time. Absolutely NO street parking, or boats, jet skis, trailers, and/or RVs.

Must climb stairs - One queen bedroom on 1st floor, with one queen sleeper on 1st floor. Two king bedrooms on 2nd floor.

Absolutely no smoking, no pets, and no hosted parties or events.


Location

Surf Song Beach Retreat is nestled in a charming neighborhood that sits just off of scenic old 98. The Miramar Beach Access is about 300 feet away from this home so it is an easy walk (even for little ones) to white sandy beaches and emerald green waters. In addition, your beach access is next to iconic Pompano Joe's Restaurant. Shopping and restaurants are less than 5 minutes away by car.
