This house was perfect for our family vacation. We had a family of 13 ranging in ages from 6 months to 60 years old. There was plenty of room, baby necessities, beds, bathrooms, utensils, plates, games, beach chairs and umbrellas to accommodate our entire group. The pool was awesome and the private entrance to the beach was perfect. Linda was amazing to work with; answered all my questions and replied immediately if I called or texted her. I would highly recommend Sugar Sand and Sea!!!

We, as a family of 12 enjoyed your home immensely. The accommodations were more that spacious and your attention to detail is unmatched, right down to the pool and BBQ cleaning. Sugar Sand and Sea was the perfect home for our family of 15. There was ample room for 5 adult couples and 5 kids to gather in the living room/dining area of the house plus a bedroom with bathroom for each couple and a bedroom for the kids. We had every amenity you would expect at a hotel plus a kitchen stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The pool and hot tub was our favorite spot! The beach, coffee shops, dining and drinking establishments were all within walking distance and Linda was the best! She answered any question we had immediately! We will definitely contact her again on our next trip to Florida.

This is a fabulous home! We had a wonderful stay. It was exactly as described - clear, comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed and more. The location was perfect, close to the beach, quiet and relaxing. the host was responsive and helpful, making everything so simple. We especially loved the pool/hot tub feature. We can't wait to stay here again! This was the best house we have ever stayed in Destin.

First of all, the owner of the property is very good and keeps you informed about everything. She'll let you know about pool cleaners and landscapers coming by to do their job, when to take out the garbage and the "dos and don'ts" of the neighborhood rules This is our 2nd time at the same property, my family loves it as its very clean, and a lot of room. Love the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Also love the fact that it has its own private beach and you don't need to go to the public beach and fight the crowds. Promise you won't be disappointed.

This was our second year staying in Destin at Sugar Sand & Sea and we plan to return next year! Linda is an amazing host and the home is outfitted with everything you will need for the beach just a short walk away! The kids (and adults) love the pool and the covered porch is great for those who need some shade but want to be in on the fun. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for 3 couples and 4 kids to also have quiet time when needed. We used the bbq multiple times and the outdoor refrigerator provides added space for those adult beverages. You will not be disappointed if you stay at Sugar Sand & Sea!

Linda’s home is top notch! We rented this for my husbands birthday weekend and it well exceeded our expectations. Linda is quick to respond and communicates very well up front on what to expect for your stay. The home was immaculate, clean, and well stocked for anything we needed. We can’t wait to book again!

Every year my family books this home for our annual vacation and will continue to do so as long as we are able. The rooms and bathrooms are so spacious! Everyone has a little bit of privacy even being in the same home. I have two young boys and the host is always so accommodating. The only thing we ever dislike is having to leave!! Perfect location to the beach, beautiful pool and hot tub, and just an all around great home. We WILL stay here again!

Our family of 16 had a wonderful vacation at Sugar Sand and Sea. Five married couples and 6 singles had more than enough space for group togetherness and also some quiet, private time. The dining area was spacious for family meals as well. The short walk to the beach was no problem, even for a pregnant one with twins!! The pool was also large enough to accommodate all 16 and was immaculately clean. The entire home was very clean, and the included amenities of trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, toilet paper, and more was more than sufficient for our 5 day stay. The beds were very comfy as well as the living space. I can not find one problem with our stay. Linda was always available by text to respond to any questions that we had. I highly recommend the stay and hope to return at some later time. Thank you Linda for sharing your house with this family. I did find when I returned home I wanted to press a button before opening my outside door!!!!

This is our second home we have rented from Linda and our experience was wonderful! Sugar Sand and Sea was a beautiful home and had everything we needed. The walk to the private beach was so close and any beach lover will appreciate this. The pool was great, house was so clean, decor was perfect! Linda thinks of everything! My family and I truly enjoyed our family vacation at Sugar Sand & Sea! The house was gorgeous and pristinely cleaned. The home had everything you could want and need for a stay - such as dishwashing tablets, hand soap in each bathroom, paddle boards, beach wagons, chairs, etc - which makes it super convenient and a lot easier on the packing side. It was a quick walk to the beach, and we enjoyed having the pool as another swimming option as well. Linda communicated really well, and I appreciate the time she puts into ensuring everything goes smoothly. We hope to visit again one day!
