We have been working diligently on renovating our newest home in Miramar Beach for you, and after a long 14 months, we have it ready for rental for you! It is a 3 bedroom 3 bath home that sleeps 8, with a 1st floor master, and 2 king bedrooms. The home is steps to the beach, with South Walton's largest public beach access just 300 feet away, adjacent to the iconic Pompano Joe's restaurant. The home has been furnished with upscale furniture, completely outfitted kitchen, stocked games cabinet, and a Xbox in the media room for the kids. All tv's are smart tv's, and can access amazon and netflix too. Outdoor spaces include a screened in side porch, a front porch, a back yard patio and BBQ, and a private salt water heated pool!! There is parking for 3 cars up front, and we really encourage you to consider staying here, as we know it will book up fast!!!
